Today, after specializing in psychoarchitecture, I realized that the concept of a project is not related to a specific trait, but rather to uniquely transcribing the need, functionality and aesthetics for each client's space.
Uniting through his artistic gift, all these elements with a touch of nature and sophistication. Thus awakening a desire in each person to have their dream come true through their signature.
Our work is developed in four phases:
1ST PHASE:– We start with the contract
– Signal adjustment
– Collection of data and information: on-site measurement, photos and collection of measurements for our system.
2ND PHASE:
– Psychobriefing: We developed this technique to understand all the needs, desires and dreams of our clients.
3rd PHASE:
– Preliminary project: presentation of the first creation of ideas, visualization through 3D modeling, plan and moodboard.
*In this phase we allow changes for the best safety and satisfaction of our customers.
4TH PHASE:
– Delivery of the technical project with all the actual information on each project item.
– After delivery, budget requests and execution of the work/renovation begin.
– For the apartment project, an estimate of between four and five months is calculated, work takes 6 months.
– For a commercial project, a delivery time of 60 days is estimated.
– An estimate for the execution of the small work/renovation with few interventions between 60 and 90 working days.
– For the residential project, an estimate of six months is calculated, for residential construction from the beginning to the final finishes we estimate between 10 and 12 months.
Our payments are made in:
– An entry via bank transfer
– The remainder via bank slip or credit card.
House Renovation: Expansion and Demolition, readjustment of layout, redo cladding, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, marble, painting, lighting, choice of loose furniture, countertops and decoration.
House Construction: Architectural design, approval of documents. WE HAVE A PARTNERSHIP WITH A CIVIL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
Interior Design: We design the most different internal and external environments, each project is a personalized journey, where desires are transformed into reality through a perfect combination of sophistication, comfort, beauty and functionality.
Construction Monitoring: Monitoring of the Work, indication of suppliers, total cost estimate spreadsheet, negotiation and contracting of suppliers,
monitoring of deadlines and execution of the work.
Purchasing Advisory: Curation of all decoration details: cost spreadsheet and closing of the purchase.
