With almost 400m2 of construction on a plot of 1,000m2, we renovated an old house maintaining the L-shaped plan that configured its initial formation, however the entire internal layout was remodeled, meeting the client's needs and leaving the house functional. We used the sunset view as a starting point for the project, so its social integration was paramount. We use straight lines, warm colors combined with strategic lighting to bring comfort to the home!
