Casa Zara was developed for a large and special family. The couple's dream home has contemporary architecture and is single-story with a basement and measures 450m². The large, tall living room and TV in its design we propose to enhance this grandeur through the joinery and lighting.

For the kitchen we created a clearer and more sophisticated design. For the countertops we chose a natural rock called maragogi which has a greenish tone ~ the client's favorite color ~ thus creating a connection and in the cabinets we used wood and a tone of gray. In the center of the kitchen there is an island with an induction cooktop and a table around the same quartzite to concentrate meal preparations there. Still on the special stone, we use it on the backsplash of the countertop, further enhancing this stone that is very popular with everyone who sees it.

For the gourmet, the most special space for the family, we did the opposite, we applied the brick on the walls, referring to what the family works with ~ they have pottery ~ while for the barbecue and the countertops we used black brushed granite and to welcome the whole family in this environment we opted for a rustic table made of noble wood for 10 people.

For the intimate area we have 2 suites, one for each child, one being more masculine with sober tones of gray and wood and the other more feminine with tones of gold and fendi.
In the outdoor area, the pool waterfall is the “ual” factor of this space, we created a portico with noble white natural stones with lighting, thus creating a beautiful visual effect at night.
